It is also said that people who suffer severely from migraines are at more of a risk for experiencing a stroke. Migraine symptoms of any kind should be seen to, you should not just ignore the fact that you are experiencing these certain signs, it is important that you do not ignore them as they could be serious. By seeing a doctor you will be able to find out what the problem is, the sooner the better, you need to have it tended to before it gets worse. If you think you are suffering from a migraine and you have experienced some of the migraine symptoms, you can help your doctor by taking note of your pains. Write down the time of the pain, the day, how long it lasts, how severe it is and then also write if you experienced any of the migraine symptoms before, during or after the pain.
